Dubnyk Back With Falcons - Sorochan To Thunder

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that goaltender Devan Dubnyk has been assigned to the Falcons by their National Hockey League affiliate, the Edmonton Oilers. The Falcons also announced that goaltender Aaron Sorochan has been assigned to Springfield's ECHL affiliate, the Stockton Thunder.

Dubnyk has played in 19 games with the Falcons this year posting a record of 9-9-1 with a 3.00 goals against average and a.917 save percentage. He has also appeared in two games with the Oilers this year making his NHL debut on November 28 at Vancouver.

Sorochan has played in 10 games with the Falcons this year posting a record of 1-5-0 with a 3.99 goals against average and.871 save percentage. The Edmonton, Alberta native earned his first AHL win on October 25 at Lowell.
