Rainout Thursday, Doubleheader Set for Friday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The TinCaps and West Michigan Whitecaps (Detroit Tigers) had their scheduled game on Thursday night at Parkview Field postponed due to rain. Fort Wayne and West Michigan will play a doubleheader at Parkview Field on Friday night with Game 1 beginning at 5:35 p.m. (90 minutes earlier than the scheduled start time).

Per Minor League Baseball's rules, both games on Friday will be scheduled for seven innings. Tickets for Friday are good for both games. Gates will open at 5:05 p.m.

Friday is Superhero Night with Postgame Fireworks presented by Bobcat Fort Wayne. The team will be wearing jerseys inspired by The Incredibles.

Fans who had tickets to Thursday's game can redeem their tickets for any remaining 2018 regular season game at Parkview Field. The tickets must be exchanged at the Parkview Field Ticket Office for tickets of equal or lesser value, with the ability to upgrade, based on availability. There are no full or partial cash refunds.
