Second half opener postponed due to rain

Clinton, IA - The Clinton LumberKings and Kane County Cougars scheduled second half opener for Thursday night has been postponed due to rain. Thursday's Ohnward Bancshares night will now take place tomorrow, on Friday June 22, with tickets good to both games of the doubleheader.

**RAIN OUT POLICY**

Gates will open at 4:00 PM with the first of the two seven inning games to begin at 5:00 PM and the second game to begin approximately 30 minutes following the final out of game one.

All fans with a regular ticket, non Ohnward Bancshares ticket, to Thursday's game may exchange their ticket stubs for a ticket to any one of the LumberKings regular season home games during the 2018 season.

The LumberKings will give the ball to right-hander Clay Chandler (3-1, 3.41) while the Cougars will tap righty Brian Shaffer (2-5, 3.39) in one of the doubleheader games, other starting pitchers are yet to be assigned. First pitch for game one on Friday is slated for 5:00 PM. Fans looking to listen to the call can hear Erik Oas at 4:45 PM with the pregame show on 100.3 FM WCCI.
