Today's Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the South Bend Cubs (affiliate of the Chicago Cubs) in the first game of a four-game series. 2018 Individual Notes

Montrell Marshall was selected as the MVP of Tuesday's MWL All-Star Game at Lansing. Marshall drove in the winning run in the bottom of the 10th inning to give the East Division team a 3-2 victory. Dragons reliever John Ghyzel pitched a scoreless top of the 10th for the East despite starting the inning with the mandatory runner at second base.

Hunter Greene over his last five starts: 23.2 IP, 20 H, 6 R, 6 ER, 7 BB, 27 SO, 2.28 ERA.

John Ghyzel ranks first in the MWL lead in saves with 12.

Cory Thompson has posted a 1.83 ERA in 25 relief appearances.
