Kansas City Monarchs News Release
Wednesday night's series finale between the T-Bones and Vipers was postponed due to inclement weather. Calgary led the contest 4-1 in the bottom of the second.
This is the Vipers' only visit to CommunityAmerica Ballpark this season and the teams will not meet again until the last series of the year, September 2-4 in Calgary.
The postponed game concludes the T-Bones' longest homestand of the season. After playing nine in a row at CommunityAmerica Ballpark, the T-Bones are off tomorrow before a short weekend series with the Lincoln Saltdogs.
The T-Bones return home June 13 to face the Joliet Jackhammers for a three-game series. Monday's game begins at 7:05. The road game times between the T-Bones and Lincoln are set for 7:05 Friday and Saturday and 9:35 am Sunday. The reason for the game times is the Nebraska-Miami college baseball regional, which will be played in the afternoons Friday and Saturday and at 3:06 pm Sunday.
