
Rain postpones game between Jackals and Rox

Little Falls, NJ â Tonight, Tuesday, July 27, 2004, the scheduled game between the New Jersey Jackals and the Brockton Rox was postponed due to rain. Light rain showers turned to heavy rain in the late afternoon, as the first pitch time approached. The Jackals were looking to recover after a 5-3 defeat by the Rox on Monday evening. New Jersey still leads the season series six games to four over Brockton, and holds a half game lead on the Elmira Pioneers in the South Division, coming into Tuesday's action.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Wednesday, July 28, 2004, starting at 12:05 p.m. It's Camp Day at the ballpark.
