Radio Recon's Ready to Shoot for Triple Digits
March 23, 2015 - ECHL (ECHL)
Reading Royals News Release
Sinking Spring, PA - The Reading Royals cordially invite you to join us tomorrow night (Tuesday, March 24, 2015) from 6 - 7 pm at Jimmy G's Railroad House Sports Bar and Restaurant (152 Woodrow Avenue, Sinking Spring, PA; 610-678-1177) for Radio Recon, the Royals' weekly coach's show.
Olivier Labelle's had a pretty good run of late...well, actually he's had a pretty good run during pretty much his entire career-and particularly his career as a Royal. He's sitting on the precipice of becoming the first player in team history to bag a hundred "genos" and we'll find out what it's going to take to get to that historic mark, as we reach another historic mark-the Royals' 1000th game in team history. Head Coach Larry Courville didn't quite score a hundred in his time with Reading, but he's got 265 of the Royals' 525 wins in team history, so he must be doing something right. We'll talk with him about what it's going to take to make history of another type-as in taking home the hardware for a second time.
As always, we welcome any and all comments and questions from the fans at Radio Recon. We might also come up with a little crazy trivia and giveaways for those who participate in the show. Royals Radio Recon will be broadcast live on the Royals Broadcast Network (CBS Sports Radio 1240 am and 98.5 fm in Reading).
