
Quakes to Provide Fans with Wondo Pins to Countdown Forward's Record Chase

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes will provide fans with limited-edition Chris Wondolowski countdown pins, or Wondo Pins, at their home matches for each goal that the forward scores as he closes in on Major League Soccer's all-time goals record. Wondolowski has scored 142 goals in MLS regular season play and is four goals shy of surpassing current record holder and American soccer legend Landon Donovan's 145.
The Quakes have four remaining home games in the 2018 MLS regular season. San Jose will host Sporting Kansas City on Sept. 15 at 7:15 p.m., Atlanta United FC on Sept. 19 at 7:45 p.m., the New York Red Bulls on Oct. 6 at 7:15 p.m. and the Colorado Rapids at 1:45 p.m. Wondo Pins will only be distributed at these games.
