The Sea Dogs and Aeros (Indians affiliate) meet in game two of their series on Saturday night from Canal Park...Portland has won seven of their last nine road games.

Tonight's Starting Pitcher RHP Stolmy Pimentel (0-8, 9.66)

Pimentel makes his 12th start of the season against Akron in game two of the series...The righty has not made it out of the second inning over his last two starts.

News and Notes

ROAD WARRIORS: Portland takes on Akron tonight in the second of a three-game series...The Sea Dogs are 2-2 on the current road trip...Portland has won seven of its last nine games away from Hadlock Field after going 3-21 on the road through the first two months of the season.

CLOSING THE DOOR: Seth Garrison and Blake Maxwell combined to go five and one-third innings, allowing just one run as the Sea Dogs held off the Aeros for a 4-3 win last night...Garrison earned his first Double-A victory and Maxwell his sixth save of the season...The duo faced one more than the minimum over the final four innings, and did not allow a hit or walk from the sixth inning on.
