Playoff Tickets Available Tomorrow

Johnstown, PA - The Johnstown Chiefs assured themselves of a fourth seed for the upcoming Kelly Cup Playoffs with their 5-0 win over Trenton on Sunday. As the team gets ready for its playoff run, Chiefs fans can get ready by purchasing their playoff tickets!

Tickets for the 2008 Kelly Cup Playoffs go on sale tomorrow morning Tuesday, April 1 at 10:00 AM. Pricing for individual Chiefs playoff tickets are as follows: Adult - $16.50, Student/Senior - $14.50, Children - $11.50. Tickets can be purchased by visiting the War Memorial Box Office during their normal business hours, 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. You can also purchase tickets over the phone by calling the box office at 814-536-5156, or by visiting www.johnstownchiefs.com.

The Chiefs' playoff journey begins with a best-of-three series with the Dayton Bombers. The series will begin on Sunday, April 6 at the Nutter Center in Dayton. The time of the game is yet to be announced. The scene will shift to Johnstown for games two and three (if necessary) at the War Memorial Arena. Game two will be played on Tuesday, April 8 with the opening faceoff set for 7:05 PM. If the series is tied after two games, game three will be on Wednesday, April 9 with a 7:05 start time again.

The Chiefs' final home game of the regular season will be this Friday, April 4 against Wheeling at 7:05. It will be Fan Appreciation Day at the War Memorial with numerous great giveaways on tap. So be sure to catch the Chiefs in person one last time before the regular season wraps up.
