Pirates Collect Food for Good Shepherd Food Bank

Pirates fans donated nearly 700 pounds of non-perishable food items to the Good Shepherd Food Bank Food Drive during tonight's game between the Portland Pirates and the Albany River Rats held at the Cumberland County Civic Center. Fans who participated received two free tickets to a future Pirates home game. All items collected will be distributed to local charities.

The Pirates final Good Shepherd Food Bank Food Drive of the season will be held on Sunday, April 4th when the Pirates host the Providence Bruins.
