Lehigh Valley built a 3-0 lead in the top of the second against Austin Voth. Trevor Plouffe jump-started the offense with a sacrifice fly to score Joey Meneses. Later in the inning, Logan Moore homered for the third time in 2018 to make it 3-0.
Ranger Suarez left in line for a win after only allowing one run over six-innings for work. He allowed six hits and stuck out three but took a no-decision in the game.

The IronPigs were limited to just one hit after the second inning. An Aaron Altherr single in the top of the seventh was the Pigs only hit outside of the second inning when they had four including three for extra bases.
