Pickard Reassigned to Cincinnati

Milwaukee, WI-The Milwaukee Admirals announced today that goaltender Chet Pickard has been reassigned to the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL and that goalie Jeremy Smith has been recalled to the Admirals.

Pickard is 0-3-1 in four games thus far this season with a 3.47 goals against average and a .885 save percentage. During his rookie campaign of 2009-10 the Winnipeg, MB native accumulated a 14-16-3 record with a 2.85 GAA, a .892 save percentage and one shutout.

Smith has played in one game with Cincinnati so far this year, allowing three goals and earning a tie in the contest. Last season the Dearborn, MI native helped the Cyclones to the ECHL Championship and was named co-playoff MVP after posting a 9-7 record with a .907 save percentage and a 2.67 goals against average in the post-season. During the regular season he was 23-15-2 with a .899 goals against average and a 2.63 GAA in 42 games with Cincy and did not allow a goal in one game with the Admirals.

The Admirals visit Abbotsford Friday and Saturday night before returning to the Bradley Center Wednesday, Nov. 3 against Rockford.
