
Cheryl Abbott Joins Eisenberg, Vital & Ryze Advertising

MANCHESTER, NH - Eisenberg, Vital & Ryze Advertising, Inc, a leader in strategic and creative services for branding and marketing communications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cheryl Abbott as Vice President. Abbott will manage the planning and execution of events including corporate special events, trade shows, hospitality events and fundraisers through a new specialty called EVR Events. Abbott will join the organization in January 2011.
Abbott joins Eisenberg, Vital and Ryze Advertising with over 20 years of experience in event management, public relations and community relations. For the past seven years, Abbott has been a member of the Manchester Monarchs organization. Under her leadership, the team established themselves as an integral part of Manchester and the state of New Hampshire. In 2005, Abbott was a key organizer of the American Hockey League's All-Star Classic, an event that generated international exposure for the region. Prior to her work with the Monarchs, Abbott was employed by Heritage United Way as Marketing and Communications Director and as Community Relations Director at Fleet Bank.
Throughout her career, Abbott has cultivated relationships with local organizations and earned a reputation for her level of excellence. Abbott currently serves as a member of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce's Citizen of the Year planning committee and Leadership Greater Manchester committee. She has earned several prestigious awards, most recently in 2008 when she was named among New Hampshire Business Review's "Outstanding Women in Business." In 2006, Abbott was recognized as a Union Leader "40 Under Forty" honoree. The annual program identifies the state's emerging leaders with a record of professional and volunteer accomplishments.
