
Philadelphia Union Complete Transaction with New York City FC

Philadelphia Union News Release
CHESTER, Pa. - ?Philadelphia Union today announced that it has acquired $175,000 in General Allocation Money from New York City FC in exchange for a 2018 international roster spot.
In addition, the Union also announced that goalkeeper Andre Blake and midfielder Ilsinho have both received their green cards and will not count as internationals on the Union roster.
Philadelphia begins the 2018 Major League Soccer season this Saturday, March 3 when the New England Revolution visit Talen Energy Stadium (7:00 p.m. ET / PHL17).
