Los Angeles FC News Release
The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) announced today that it is sold out of Full Season Memberships for the Club's inaugural Major League Soccer (MLS) season, which kicks off on Sunday, March 4 against the Seattle Sounders FC. LAFC sold all 17,500 Full Season Memberships in the 22,000-seat Banc of California Stadium, set to open on April 29. Limited tickets will still be available to purchase for "The North End" Supporters Section, partial plans, groups and single games.
"The passion and enthusiasm of our supporters has truly been special," LAFC Owner and President Tom Penn said. "Together with our community, we continue to make soccer history in the heart of Los Angeles. There is still a lot of work to do, but I cannot wait to see and feel the electric atmosphere at Banc of California Stadium this Spring. There will not be a sports experience like it in L.A."
All LAFC Members have access to year-round events and benefits that connect them directly to the Club, such as priority pricing, pre-sale access and exclusive access to Banc of California Stadium events.
The $350 million Banc of California Stadium is a state of the art, world-class venue located in the heart of Los Angeles in Exposition Park. It is the first open-air stadium built in the city in over 30 years and will have an intimate atmosphere with the steepest seating bowl in MLS (34 degrees), seats only 12-feet away from the touchline and an 86,000-square foot field of natural Bermuda grass. "The North End" Supporters Section features safe standing and boasts a first-of-of-its kind rail seating system.
