
Pheasants Attendance up 46% to Start the Season

Sioux Falls, SD-The Sioux Falls Fighting Pheasants are proud to announce attendance is up an impressive 46% from last year at this time. Through 13 home games this season, the Pheasants are averaging 2,008 fans per-game.
"We want to thank our fans for their outstanding support so far this season," said Pheasants President and CEO Tom Garrity. "We are working hard to create new ways to increase our attendance as the season goes on."
The Pheasants have created a variety of affordable options for fans to enjoy the games this season. The club has teamed up with Sanford Children's Hospital for "Kids FREE in June." For every $12 ticket purchased this month, fans will receive two FREE kids tickets (12 and under)! A family of six can enjoy the games for as little as $24.
"Our Kids FREE in June offer is another way for fans to enjoy a Pheasants game at an affordable price," stated Garrity. "That, along with our other offers this season, allows families to attend games without putting a strain on their wallet."
Some of the other popular, money-saving options include: The "Triple Play Pack." It is just $8 and comes with a game ticket, hot dog and soda! On Sunday's, fans can purchase a "Family Four Pack" which comes with four game tickets, four hot dogs, four coca-cola beverages and a large popcorn for just $25. There is something for everyone at the ballpark, including the Xcite Family Fun Zone (Friday-Sunday games) for kids. For just $3, parents can purchase a wrist band that gives kids unlimited use of the three bouncy houses during the game. For adults, they can enjoy a cold beverage or hot food at the many concession stands and enjoy the fun on-field entertainment during the games!
Fans can take advantage of several of the offers this week as the Pheasants return home on Wednesday against Sioux City for Ladies Night. The fun continues on Friday when Sioux Falls hosts St. Paul. Stick around after the game for a spectacular Fireworks show, thanks to Sanford Health and All-Star Fireworks. On Saturday, the first 500 fans through the doors will receive a free Schoeneman's 20th Anniversary Pheasants bat, compliments of Schoeneman's Building Materials.
Dads, make plans to spend Father's Day with the Pheasants on Sunday! Arrive early, and play catch on the field from 12:45 to 1:15 PM. Plus, the first 500 fans through the gates will receive a color changing cup Pheasants cup, compliments of Apple Tree Children's Centers. It is also "Star Wars Day" at the ballpark so be on the lookout for your favorite characters like Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader walking around the ballpark!
