Petes Shut out for First Time this Season by Colts

(Peterborough, ON) - Saturday night's showdown in Barrie marked a first for the Petes this season as the Maroon and White were shut out for the first time, falling 2-0 to the Colts to wrap up their weekend.

Barrie scored at even strength in the first period and on the power play in the third.

The Petes outshot the Colts 33 to 29, with Declan Chisholm firing a season-high 7 shots on net. Peterborough was 0/7 on the power play and 2/3 on the penalty kill.

The Petes are back in action on Wednesday, November 20 at 10:30am as they'll head to Hamilton to face the Bulldogs for a school day game. They'll be back on home ice twice to close out the week, first hosting the Kingston Frontenacs on Thursday, November 21 at 7:05pm then the Kitchener Rangers on Saturday, November 23 at 7:05pm.
