FRESNO, Calif. - Left fielder Cameron Perkins drove in all three runs in the Tacoma Rainiers (11-10) 3-1 victory over the Fresno Grizzlies (15-7) on Friday night at Chukchansi Park.

Perkins finished the night 2-for-4 with a double, three RBI, and one walk to lead the Rainiers offense. Center fielder Guillermo Heredia (2x4, R, 2B, BB) also contributed multiple hits to the effort.

Tacoma starting pitcher Casey Lawrence (2-1) left the game after 5.0 innings with a 2-1 lead and ultimately earned the win. He surrendered just one run on five hits (one home run) while striking out three.

Perkins gave Tacoma the lead with a two-run double to left center field in the top of the first inning and provided the Rainiers with an insurance run on an RBI single in the top of the ninth.

Fresno's only venture onto the scoreboard came in the bottom of the second inning courtesy of a solo home run from AJ Reed.

Recently re-acquired left-hander Roenis Elias (2.0 IP) and righty Mike Morin (1.0 IP) both earned holds with scoreless relief outings. Erik Goeddel locked down his fourth save of the season with a perfect ninth inning.

Game four between the Rainiers and Grizzlies is set for Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. PT. Rainiers left-hander Ariel Miranda (0-0, 7.04) will get the start opposite Fresno right-hander Mike Hauschild (2-1, 4.29).
