The PawSox lost their fourth straight game on Sunday afternoon in Norfolk, 6-3. The previously undefeated Brandon Duckworth took the loss, to fall to 5-1. The PawSox managed the three runs on 8 hits. Scott Podsednik belted a two run homer and Josh Kroeger had three hits.
Brad Bergesen held the PawSox to 4 hits in 6 innings to improve to 2-2. Former American League MVP Miguel Tejada, playing in his first game for the Tides, went 2-4 with an RBI.
The PawSox fall to 27-18. They'll get the chance to snap the skid on Monday at 7:15 p.m. Doug Mathis (2-2) faces Chris Tillman (3-5, 4.79)
