Bridgewater, NJ - Down 5-0 early in the game, the Somerset Patriots (15-7) rallied to defeat the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (10-12) by a final score of 8-7 in Tuesday afternoon's contest at TD Bank Ballpark.

Orelvis Martinez got the Fisher Cats on the board early, hitting a three-run home run (7) to left field in the top of the first. Zac Cook then added two more runs in the next inning on a two-run home run (5).

In the fourth, Somerset pulled ahead, as Mickey Gasper found the left field gap for a two-run double and was followed by a Jesus Batidas RBI double. Anthony Volpe's sacrifice fly increased the lead to 8-5.

Sebastian Espino made it a one-run game with a two-run shot (3) in the ninth. Rosario delivered the game winning play, making a sliding catch in left field and throwing out Steward Berroa at second for a double play in the bottom of the ninth to end the game.

Barrett Loseke (4-0) earned the win, notching three strikeouts in three scoreless innings. Nick Ernst recorded the six-out save (1), striking out one batter in the final two innings.
