
Panthers Return Repik to Rampage

SUNRISE, FL (February 25, 2012) - Florida Panthers Executive Vice President & General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has reassigned right wing Michal Repik to the San Antonio Rampage (AHL).
Repik, 23, earned his fourth recall to Florida this season on Feb. 23. He has played in 17 games with the Panthers this year totaling two goals, three assists and six PIM. The Vlasim, Czech Republic native has appeared in 35 games with San Antonio, recording 24 points (10-14-24) and 37 PIM. He's totaled 20 points (9-11-20) in 71 games with the Panthers over the last four seasons.
The 5-foot-10, 180-pound forward was drafted by Florida in the second round (40th overall) of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
The Rampage close out a back-to-back series with the Peoria Rivermen tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Carver Arena. They will travel to Milwaukee tomorrow and Chicago on Wednesday to finish their 10th annual Rodeo road trip. Check out sarampage.com for all the latest news on the Rampage.
