Abbotsford Heat News Release

Chicago, IL - If Abbotsford was looking for inspiration Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond did his best to give his team a lift as he entered his 14th fight of the season just five minutes into the game. The Heat would strike first on the scoreboard as Carter Bancks fed Dustin Sylvester for his 10th of the season on a brilliant pass from behind the Wolves' net. A power play goal by Chicago later in the 2nd would tie the affair heading into the third.

In the last 20 minutes of play Clay Wilson would spring the Heat into the lead early into the final frame and Adam Estoclet netted his first goal wearing a Heat sweater extending his point-scoring streak to five games (1-6-7). Wilson would round out the night by pushing a puck into an empty Chicago net for his second goal on the night leading Abbotsford to a 4-1 win at Allstate Arena.

Leland Irving started his second consecutive game and made 27 saves for the win, his 17th of the season.
