Panthers Recall Tim Kennedy from Rampage

SUNRISE, FL (November 15, 2011) - Florida Panthers Executive Vice President & General Manager Dale Tallon announced today left wing Tim Kennedy has been recalled from San Antonio Rampage (AHL).

Kennedy, 25, earns his second recall to the Panthers this season. He was originally recalled from San Antonio Oct. 20 and played six games with Florida, recording one goal while averaging 11:47 in ice time before being reassigned to the Rampage Nov. 2. The Buffalo, N.Y., native has played in eight games with San Antonio this year, registering one goal with three assists and 10 PIM.

For his career in the National Hockey League, Kennedy has played in 91 games with Buffalo (2008-10) and Florida (2011), scoring 11 goals with 17 assists and 50 PIM.

The Rampage host their second annual kids day game today at 10:30 a.m. as they face off against the Abbotsford Heat at the AT&T Center.
