The P-Bruins offense came to life Sunday thanks to a stellar performance by center Nathan Robinson. His four point night and six point weekend earned him CCM Vector/AHL Player of the Week honors. Robinson scored a goal in Providence's 3-2 loss to Lowell on Friday night, then came back on Saturday and assisted on the game-winning goal. Left wing Eric Healey also had a stong weekend recording four points (3g, 1a) which gives him a team leading 26 points (11g, 15a) on the season and currently puts him on an eight game point scoring streak. Rookie Tyler Redenbach also had a point in each of the P-Bruins games this weekend giving him 22 points on the season (9g, 13a), which is second best on the team and seventh in the league among rookies. Ben Guite had points in both of the P-Bruins home games this weekend to extend his home point-scoring streak to eight games.

The P-Bruins defensive unit once again rose to the occasion giving up only six goals in three games this weekend. No opponent has scored more than four goals in a game this season against Providence.
