Osprey Game Postponed Due to Rain
July 11, 2015 - Pioneer League (PL)
Missoula PaddleHeads News Release
MISSOULA, MONT. - Saturday night's regularly-scheduled Pioneer League baseball game between the Missoula Osprey and the Idaho Falls Chukars has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday, July 12.
Members of the Osprey staff did a tremendous job of getting the field in playable condition, but a second round of storms just minutes before the first pitch was to be thrown washed out Saturday night's game.
Sunday's doubleheader will consist of two seven-inning games, with the first starting at 5 pm MT. The second seven-inning game will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.
Fans who purchased a ticket to Saturday's game can exchange the ticket for any Sunday through Thursday regular- season home game at Ogren Park Allegiance Field. Exchanges can be made at The Hub downtown or at the Box Office at Ogren Park Allegiance Field.
