Orlando City SC Transfers Forward Matheus Aiás to Real Racing Club de Santander

ORLANDO, Fla. - Orlando City SC has completed the transfer of forward Matheus Aiás to SC Real Racing Club de Santander of Spain's Segunda División, the Club announced today. Per Club policy, terms of the transfer will not be disclosed.

"We wish Matheus nothing but the best as he makes this next move in his career," EVP of Soccer Operations and General Manager Luiz Muzzi said. "We look forward to seeing all that he accomplishes in this new venture."

Aiás, 25, joined the Lions in August of their 2020 Major League Soccer campaign and has been on loan with Real Oviedo since June 2021. During his time with the Lions, Aiás appeared in six matches, scoring one goal across all competitions.
