Online auctions begin for Jennifer Ferraro Foundation benefit

Springfield, MA - Special commemorative jerseys worn by the Springfield Falcons against the Portland Pirates on Saturday's Team Jennifer Night at the Springfield Civic Center are now available for bid as online auctions to benefit the Jennifer Ferraro Foundation are under way. Additional auction items include autographed NHL jerseys and hockey sticks as well as Chris and Peter Ferraro autographed replica AHL All-Star jerseys. The auctions can be accessed through links on the Falcons official web site, www.falconsahl.com. The auctions will run until Friday, March 26th.
The online auctions follow Saturday's successful raffle fundraiser which benefited the foundation.

The Jennifer Ferraro Foundation was established in memory of Jennifer Ferraro, the wife of Falcons center Chris Ferraro, who lost her courageous battle with stomach cancer in November 2002. The foundation was created to assist patients with stomach and other cancers.
