Providence Bruins News Release
The Providence Bruins wish to remind fans that this is the final week of their second annual online auction of their Dunkin' Donuts warm-up jerseys. The auction is taking place on the team website, www.providencebruins.com. The jerseys are the actual ones worn by the Bruins' players during the warm-up period at each home game this season. The auction is available only on the Bruins' website, and will run through 12:00 noon on Friday, March 19. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence. The donations will be presented by Providence Bruins Charities and Dunkin' Donuts.
Fans can bid on each jersey listed on the Bruins' website, and also have the opportunity to make an immediate purchase by the price designated for each jersey.
"As an organization, our players have been very committed in giving of their time at the Hasbro Children's Hospital, a cause that is very important to our team, players and staff alike. This annual auction gives the Providence Bruins Charities and Dunkin' Donuts the chance to match that commitment," said Bruins Co-Owner and President Matt Poore. "This is the second year that we have held this auction to benefit the Hasbro Children's Hospital, and based on last year's success, Providence Bruins Charities and Dunkin' Donuts look forward to presenting a large donation to the hospital."

"Through the Dunkin' Donuts Community Partnership, it is our goal to raise awareness and funds for non-profit organizations throughout the market, and are confident the loyal Dunkin' Donuts and Providence Bruins fans will support us in helping Hasbro Children's Hospital."
