LOUISVILLE -- Locked in a scoreless draw in the bottom of the seventh, Juan Silva hit a two-run home run with two outs to lead the Louisville Bats (63-70) to a 2-1 victory over the Indianapolis Indians (77-56) on Thursday night at Louisville Slugger Field.

Silva had not homered in 221 at-bats between Louisville and Double-A Pensacola before his go-ahead round tripper. The seventh began with a walk to Hernan Iribarren, but a strikeout and pop-up followed before Silva put the Bats in front.

The Indians rallied with a run in the top of the ninth, and had the tying run at third base when the game ended.

Tyler Glasnow held Louisville to one hit in six shutout innings. He struck out five batters and issued just two walks. The effort lowered his earned run average with the Tribe to 0.81.
