HEADLINES: RedHawks walk-off with Hyzdu ... Dickey starts tonight ... Brumley joins RedHawks

TODAY'S OPPONENT: The Salt Lake Bees are the Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. They have been a member of the Pacific Coast League since 1994. They were known as the Salt Lake City Buzz from 1994-2000 and the Salt Lake Stingers from 2001-05. Last year, they were 79-65 and finished second in the PCL Pacific Conference Northern Division.

TODAY'S GAME: The RedHawks begin a 12-game road trip to Salt Lake, Colorado Springs and New Orleans. This is their 40th game this season, 17th road game and first game against Salt Lake.

LAST GAME: OF Adam Hyzdu hit a walk-off, solo homer off Jeff Miller in the 11th inning to give the RedHawks a 4-3 over Fresno . RedHawks starting pitcher John Rheinecker went 7.2 innings and gave up two runs on five hits with a walk and nine strikeouts, the most by a RedHawk this year. He had a no-hitter through four innings and a shutout through seven. Fresno scored three runs in the eighth to make the score 3-2. The RedHawks tied the game in the 9th and won in the 11th. SS Joaquin Arias went three-for-five for the RedHawks.

VS. SALT LAKE: The RedHawks are 24-24 against Salt Lake all-time and 9-15 against them at Franklin Covey Field (3-12 there since 2000). The RedHawks last visited Salt Lake in 2003 when they split a four-game series.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Starting pitcher R.A. Dickey makes his 6th start of the year for the RedHawks. In his last appearance, he following a one-inning start by John Rheinecker in a 12-3 win over Sacramento May 12. Dickey went six innings and gave up one run on five hits with two walks and two strikeouts to earn the win, his first since April 10. Dustin Moseley starts for Salt Lake . He started and took the loss in a 4-2 game May 12 at Omaha . He went 7.2 innings and gave up four runs, three earned on eight hits with no walks and four strikeouts.

MIKE BRUMLEY: RedHawk manager Mike Boulanger has not made the trip to Salt Lake while recovering from eye surgery. Texas minor league field coordinator Mike Brumley will act as manager for the series with the Bees. Brumley managed the Salt Lake Stingers from 2002-04.

RYAN BUDDE: Salt Lake catcher Ryan Budde is the son of RedHawks Director of Facility Operations Harlan Budde. Ryan Budde played baseball at Midwest City (Okla. ) High School and Oklahoma State University .

STREAKERS: Relief pitcher Jeremy Ward has not given up an earned run in eight innings this year between Oklahoma and the independent Atlantic City Surf. He made five appearances with the Surf and pitched five scoreless innings without allowing a hit. He has made one appearance with the RedHawks, going three scoreless innings.

AAROM BALDIRIS: IF Aarom Baldiris has hits in seven of nine games as a RedHawk. He is 9-for-28 (.321) at the plate with five RBIs, three walks and three strikeouts since joining the RedHawks.

FREDDY GUZMAN: CF Freddy Guzman was traded by San Diego with P Cesar Rojas to Texas for P John Hudgins and 1B Vincent Sinisi May 10. Guzman played in six games against Salt Lake while a member of the Portland Beavers. He is 8-for-24 (.333) with two doubles, a triple, an RBI and five stolen bases against Salt Lake . He was two-for-five with a double, RBI and two stolen bases April 24 against the Bees.

HOME SWEET HOME: Going back to July 22 of last season, the RedHawks are 33-15 (.688) at AT&T Bricktown Ballpark including 1-1 in last year's playoffs against Nashville. They are 32-14 (.696) at home in regular season games since July 22.

ROAD WOES: The RedHawks are 2-14 (.125) on the road this year. They were 37-35 (.513) on the road last year. The worst road record in team history was 24-47 (.338) in 2000. It was the second worst road record in the PCL that year.

CLOSE GAMES: Twelve of Oklahoma 's 15 wins this season have come by four runs or less, including eight one-run wins. Also, 18 of Oklahoma 's 24 losses this season have come by four runs or less. They have six losses by one run, six losses by two runs, four losses by three runs and two losses by four runs.

RADIO UPDATE: The RedHawks' flagship station for most games is KEBC 1340 AM. However, there are a few dates the flagship station will change due to scheduling conflicts. The RedHawks will be on AM 1000 KTOK May 20 and 27 and June 3. They will be on KFXY 1640 The Score May 28 and June 4.

DOT-DOT-DOTS: The walk-off home run by Adam Hyzdu Tuesday was the first for the RedHawks since June 14, 2005 when Ian Kinsler hit a two-run homer in the 12th inning to beat Omaha 5-3.
