Today's Game: The Oklahoma City Dodgers have 20 games remaining in the regular season and open a four-game, three-day series against the American Northern Division rival Iowa Cubs at 7:05 p.m. at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark...Tonight is Hometown Heroes Military Celebration Night, presented by Boeing. Special festivities will be held throughout the evening, culminating with postgame fireworks, presented by TerraScapes...The Dodgers have lost three straight games and are 3-10 over their last 13 games, with losses in eight of the last 10.

Last Game: Omaha defeated the Dodgers, 4-3, Thursday night at Werner Park, holding OKC to five hits as the teams closed out a four-game series. Tim Locastro led off the game and was hit by pitch. He advanced to second base on a sacrifice bunt by Henry Ramos and scored on a RBI double by Donovan Solano for a 1-0 lead. Omaha took the lead in the bottom of the third inning, scoring three runs on a sacrifice fly by Billy Burns and RBI singles by Frank Schwindel and Cam Gallagher. In addition to Omaha collecting four hits in the frame, the Storm Chasers also drew two walks and the Dodgers committed two errors. In the sixth, Paulo Orlando hit a RBI double to boost Omaha's lead to 4-1. OKC cut into Omaha's lead in the seventh inning, scoring two runs on a RBI groundout by Andrew Toles and a sacrifice fly by Rocky Gale, but that would be the closest the Dodgers would get. Omaha starting pitcher Ryan Kalish (6-5) tied his season high with 7.0 innings. He allowed three runs on five hits with one walk and six strikeouts. Omaha relievers Sam Selman, Pedro Fernandez and Eric Stout combined to retire six of seven batters over the final two innings, and Stout secured his fourth save of the season. Dodgers starting pitcher Logan Bawcom (1-3) couldn't make it out of the third inning and was charged with the loss. He allowed three runs and four hits over 2.2 innings with three walks and two strikeouts.

Today's Probable Pitcher: Brock Stewart (3-2) looks to continue his recent run of success...Stewart pitched 7.1 scoreless innings in his last start Aug. 12 against Memphis in OKC, combining with two relievers on a two-hit shutout. It matched the longest outing of his career, last accomplished May 27, 2016 with Double-A Tulsa against Midland. Stewart held the Redbirds to two hits and three walks with five strikeouts in the team's 9-0 win...Stewart has allowed one or no runs in four of his last five starts, going 2-0 with a 1.80 ERA. Since July 26, he's been one of the top pitchers in the PCL, ranking first in opponent average (.138), tied for second in WHIP (0.83) and third in ERA (1.80). He's held his opponent scoreless through six innings in three of his last four outings...Overall this season, Stewart is holding PCL left-handed batters to a .184 average and all hitters to a .117 clip with RISP...Stewart has shuttled between the Minors and Majors the last three seasons, going 2-3 with a 4.84 ERA over 33 career appearances (11 starts) with the Los Angeles Dodgers...Stewart was selected by the Dodgers in the sixth round of the 2014 MLB Draft from Illinois State University and was named the Dodgers' 2016 Branch Rickey Minor League Pitcher of the Year...Tonight is his third start of the season against the I-Cubs, but first since April 25. Over 7.1 innings in April this season, he held Iowa scoreless and to five hits, with four walks and nine strikeouts. In four career starts against Iowa, Stewart has not allowed a run over 13.1 innings.

Against the I-Cubs: 2018: 7-1 2017: 9-7 All-time: 147-146 At OKC: 79-68

Entering today, the Dodgers have won six straight meetings against the I-Cubs, as well as seven of eight meetings so far this season...The teams are playing four games over three days to make up a game that was postponed April 9 due to inclement weather in Des Moines...The Dodgers swept the last series between the teams April 25-29 at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, 5-0...The Dodgers also won a weather-shortened series in Des Moines to start the season, 2-1, as two of the three games extended into extra innings...Dodgers pitchers held Iowa to a .223 batting average over the first eight meetings as OKC outscored Iowa, 36-19, and outhit the I-Cubs, 73-59...The Dodgers won the 2017 series between the teams, 9-7, and went 4-4 against Iowa at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

All or Nothing: Over the last three games, the Dodgers notched a total of four runs and 17 hits, with just four extra-base hits - all doubles. Going back to Tuesday, the Dodgers are 10-for-the-last-78 (.128). During the last three games, they've gone 5-for-34 with runners on base and 1-for-15 with RISP...Over the last 12 games, the Dodgers are 3-10. In the three wins, the team has batted .374 (43x115), with 31 runs, 19 extra-base hits (3 HR) and are 19-for-45 (.422) with RISP. But in the 10 losses, the Dodgers have batted .228 (77x337), with 19 runs, 19 extra-base hits (0 HR) and are 12-for-73 (.164) with RISP...OKC has scored two or fewer runs in 11 of the last 19 games.

Dominant Donovan: Donovan Solano doubled last night and has now hit safely in four straight games, going 6-for-18 during the stretch...Solano is batting .358 (86x240) through 62 games with OKC this season, including 18 doubles, with 39 RBI and 34 runs scored. He also has 29 multi-hit outings through his 62 games...Last night was just the seventh time this season he struck out twice in one game.

Along the Ríos Grande: The team-wide struggles at the plate caught up to Edwin Ríos last night, who was held 0-for-4 to snap a six-game hitting streak. Over the last seven games, Ríos 8-for-25 with five doubles and four RBI. He's also hit safely in nine of his last 10 starts, batting .368 (14x38) with five multi-hit games and six RBI.

It's Hard to Run When You Can't Walk: The Dodgers drew two walks last night after not drawing a walk two straight nights. Oklahoma City has a league-low 29 walks in the month of August and their 312 walks this season rank last among the 90 Minor League teams in High-A or above and are 115th among the 120 full season Minor League teams...OKC is on pace to draw 364 walks. The fewest walks the team has drawn in one season since joining the PCL in 1998 is 415 during the 2006 campaign.

Power Outage: The Dodgers have not hit a home run in 11 of the last 13 games, as well as nine of the last 10. The team's only dinger over the last 10 contests was a solo home run by Alex Verdugo Aug. 12 vs. Memphis, with the Dodgers leading 8-0 in the eighth inning at the time...On the other hand, the Dodgers have allowed only one homer over the last seven games -- a solo homer by Omaha's Jack Lopez two nights ago. The team's 89 homers allowed this season is tied with Omaha for fewest in the PCL.

Around the Horn: The OKC Dodgers wish Kyle Farmer a very happy 28th birthday...After starting 1-for-18 following his promotion from Double-A Tulsa, Will Smith has hit safely in four straight games, going 5-for-16 with two doubles and two RBI...Last night the Dodgers committed three errors in one game for the first time since July 20 at Nashville. The team has committed seven errors in the last four games and 11 errors in the last seven games...Tim Locastro was hit by a pitch twice last night and leads the Minors with 10 HBP's in the month of August. His 18 total HBP's overall this season are third-most in Triple-A... The Dodgers have lost

five of their last six home series openers and are 2-7 in the last nine home series openers...Last night was the team's 21st one-run loss of the season --- third-most in the PCL.
