Notes & Information

Cron Bombs: Kevin Cron launched his 21st home run of the season tonight. In Cron's first Triple-A season, he has recorded 46 extra-base hits and driven in 86 RBI. Since May 4th, Cron's first game in the Pacific Coast League, he leads the league in RBI, is second in home runs (21), and is second in extra-base hits. Cron won the 2017 Southern League MVP Award in Double-A and will likely receive many votes for the All-PCL team this month.

Blood Saves: In conjunction with United Blood Services, the Reno Aces hosted their second annual Battle of the Badges Blood Drive at Greater Nevada Field. We had an incredible turn out as officers and public officials came out in force to donate. In all, we gathered 69 life-saving pints of blood, up from 52 the previous season. With 69 pints, donors helped save up to 207 lives in our Northern Nevada community.
