
North Carolina FC Issues Statement on USL Decision to Temporarily Suspend Season

North Carolina FC News Release
CARY, N.C. - North Carolina FC supports the United Soccer League's decision to temporarily suspend the USL Championship 2020 season for a minimum of 30 days. The safety and well-being of our fans, players, coaches, and staff is of the utmost importance to the club and league. Throughout the process, we have worked with local health authorities to help keep fans, staff, players, and the community safe from the spread of COVID-19.
The status of future matches for North Carolina FC will be determined at a later date in conjunction with the USL, public health authorities, and government agencies.
The league will provide additional updates on the continuation of the 2020 Championship season, when appropriate. North Carolina FC and the USL appreciate the continued support of its fans and partners.
Tickets purchased for postponed games will be good for the to-be-determined rescheduled game dates.
