Soo Greyhounds General Manager Kyle Dubas announced this afternoon that goaltender MICHAL NISHI has been traded to the Ottawa 67's.
In exchange the Hounds receive Ottawa's 13th Round pick in the 2013 OHL Priority Selection.
The Hounds return home this weekend for a pair of games. On Friday, November 18th the Hounds host Sam Carrick and the Brampton Battalion (7:35 p.m.) while on Sunday, November 20th the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors for their lone visit to the Soo. Sunday's start time is 7:05 p.m. and will feature the team's annual Teddy Bear Toss / Stuff-A-Bus for Christmas Cheer.
