The San Francisco Giants have made the following transactions affecting the roster of Double-A Richmond prior to their series-opener against Binghamton on Tuesday:
2B Nick Noonan (Hamstring) activated from the Disabled List...INF Juan Ciriaco (Back Spasms) placed on the Disabled List [24 + 5 DL]
The corresponding moves leave the Flying Squirrels at the Eastern League maximum of 24 active players. Five players (Ciriaco, LHP Craig Clark, LHP Jake Stevens, C Matt Klimas, 1B Andy D'Alessio) are currently on the Disabled List.
