Albuquerque Isotopes pitcher Nelson Gonzalez celebrates a milestone

Isotopes right-handed pitcher Nelson Gonzalez made his 133rd appearance in an Albuquerque uniform in the first game of tonight's doubleheader, passing Ross Wolf as the franchise's all-time leader in games pitched.

Gonzalez pitched the fifth inning of his team's victory over El Paso, allowing a run and also striking out a pair of batters.

Gonzalez has pitched for the Isotopes in parts of all six seasons during their affiliation with the Colorado Rockies and was Albuquerque's Pitcher of the Year in 2015.
