From the Notes
Greatest Hits: Last night's game represented the sixth straight contest in which the Sounds had at least 10 hits, and the 10th game out of their last 11. The only time they didn't have 10 hits during the recent hot stretch was May 27 in Salt Lake when they came just short with nine.
High Five Series: A win tonight would be the fifth consecutive series win for the Sounds. They started the stretch with a sweep over Fresno, three out of four against Sacramento, back-to-back sweeps against Las Vegas and Salt Lake, and now they'll go for three of four against Round Rock.
Hit Men: Since May 22, only two players in the Pacific Coast League have collected at least 19 hits. It's Nashville's Ryon Healy and Chad Pinder. Pinder is hitting .380 (19-for-50) during the stretch and Healy is hitting .365 (19-for-52).
