
Nailers Release Steve Burgess

Wheeling Nailers News Release
WHEELING, WV â The Wheeling Nailers announce today that Steve Burgess has been released from the team roster. Burgess played in five games this season for the Nailers and recorded one point on an assist and had two penalty minutes.
"Burgess is a good player and will help any team that he ends up with, I wish him luck, this is just part of hockey," stated Nailers head coach John Brophy.
The Nailers play three games this weekend, Friday in Johnstown, Saturday in Roanoke and Sunday at the Wheeling Civic Center against the Cincinnati Cyclones. Sunday's game will begin at 6:00p.m. with the first 1,500 fans receiving a Nailers Miniature Puck Keychain courtesy of Whiteside, "The Official GM Dealership of the Wheeling Nailers".
