Motley's Huge Night Lifts Clippers Over Skyforce

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario (7-7) defeat the Sioux Falls Skyforce (11-4), 114-108, on Monday night in the tail end of a back-to-back.
Two-way player Johnathan Motley led all scorers with 33 points and grabbed 13 boards for his eighth double-double of the season. Fellow two-way player Angel Delgado also recorded a double-double, his ninth this year, with 18 points and 15 rebounds.
The game was close in the fourth quarter, with Sioux Falls leading by as much as eight with 8:24 left in the final frame. Agua Caliente responded with an 11-3 run to retake the lead. A three-pointer by Jamel Artis would put the score at 102-100 and give the Clippers the lead for good.
Duncan Robinson led the Skyforce with an all-around performance of 32 points, seven rebounds, and six assists.
The Clippers return to Ontario Thursday night to face-off against the Erie Bayhawks. Tip off is at 7 p.m. (PST) at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA.
