
Morlang Re-signed By Sound Tigers

BRIDGEPORT, CT â The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, have re-signed right wing John Morlang to a professional tryout contract.
Morlang has two goals, five assists, seven points and 15 penalty minutes in 25 AHL games with the Sound Tigers, as well as 16 goals, 21 assists, 37 points and 40 penalty minutes in 36 games with the United Hockey League's Danbury Trashers this season.
The Sound Tigers will host the Philadelphia Phantoms tonight at 7:35 p.m. and the Norfolk Admirals tomorrow at 7:05 p.m. Both games will be web cast live at www.soundtigers.com.
