Morin Suspended for Three Games

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The American Hockey League announced Tuesday that Rockford IceHogs left wing Jeremy Morin has been suspended for three (3) games as a consequence of an elbowing incident in a game at Milwaukee on Dec. 11.

Morin will miss Rockford's games Wednesday (Dec. 14) at Grand Rapids, Friday (Dec. 16) vs. Peoria and Saturday (Dec. 17) vs. Milwaukee.

The Auburn, New York native ranks sixth on the team with 15 points (5g-10a) in 23 games for the IceHogs.

Next Home Game: Friday, Dec. 16 vs. Peoria. Game time is 7:05 p.m. The Rivermen return to the BMO Harris Bank Center for an Illinois Lottery Cup matchup for a fourth time this season. The first 1,500 fans (21 and older) into the building will receive a voucher for an IceHogs pitcher, courtesy of Applebee's.
