Canucks Return Sweatt to Wolves

The Vancouver Canucks have reassigned left wing BILL SWEATT to the Chicago Wolves.

SWEATT made his National Hockey League debut in two games with Vancouver after being recalled on Dec. 7. The 23-year-old forward shares fifth on the Wolves with 9 points (4G, 5A) in 19 games this year.

The Elburn, Ill., native ranked second on the Manitoba Moose and shared ninth among American Hockey League rookies with 46 points (19G, 27A) in 80 contests last season during his professional debut.
