Moose announce possible playoff dates for North Division Semi-Final vs. Syracuse Crunch

With only three games left in their AHL regular season, the Manitoba Moose, in conjunction with the American Hockey League and the Syracuse Crunch, today announced the dates and times for the two different scenarios for the impending North Division Semi-Final between the Moose and Crunch.

The Moose enter the final weekend of the regular season only two points up on the Crunch for second-place in the North Division. Both teams have three games remaining (Moose - @ Grand Rapids, @ Grand Rapids, @ Toronto; Crunch - @ Rochester, vs. Binghamton, vs. Hamilton) so the battle for home-ice advantage in the first-round is still undetermined.

The Moose and Crunch will face each other in the opening round of the Calder Cup playoffs for the second time in three years. The following are the confirmed dates, along with locations, and times for the first-round playoff series between the Moose and Crunch (all times central):

Game 1 - Thursday, April 17 Syracuse Crunch at Manitoba Moose 7:30 p.m. MTS Centre

Game 3 - Sunday, April 20 Manitoba Moose at Syracuse Crunch 2:00 p.m. War Memorial at Oncenter
