Montreal Recalls Ryan White from Hamilton

MONTREAL, QC - The Montreal Canadiens announced today that centre Ryan White has been recalled from the Hamilton Bulldogs to Montreal. White will join the Canadiens in Ottawa, for tomorrow's game against the Senators at Scotiabank Place.

White, 22, has played in 28 games with the Bulldogs this season recording 10 points (two goals, eight assists) while serving 64 penalty minutes. The 6-foot, 198-pound centre played in 16 games with the Canadiens last season recording two assists and 16 penalty minutes awhile also playing in 62 games with Hamilton posting 34 points (17 goals, 17 assists) and leading the team in penalty minutes with 173. The native of Brandon, Manitoba was selected in the 3rd round, 66th overall by Montreal in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.

The Bulldogs will travel to Connecticut to battle the Whale on Friday, January 21st at 7:00 p.m. All regular season Hamilton Bulldogs broadcasts on AM 820 CHAM will begin with a pre-game show 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
