
Montreal Impact Unveils 2014 Broadcast Schedule

MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact unveiled its 2014 MLS broadcast schedule on Monday. Again this year, all 34 regular season games will be available live on television.
A total of 21 games will be presented by TVA Sports, the club's official broadcast partner, while another 13 games will be on RDS and TSN, official broadcast partners of MLS.
TVA Sports will broadcast the team's first two games of the season, both in Texas, as the Impact takes on FC Dallas on March 8 at 8:30pm (ET) and then faces the Houston Dynamo, last season's playoff opponent, on March 15 at 8:30pm (ET).
RDS will then present the home opener at Olympic Stadium as Clint Dempsey and the Seattle Sounders FC come to Montreal on March 22, at 4pm (ET).
TSN and RDS will also broadcast the MLS playoffs and the All-Star Game against Bayern Munich on August 6 in Portland.
The voices behind the broadcast on TVA Sports will be Fr̮̩d̮̩ric Lord for play-by-play, while Olivier Brett will do the colour commentary. As for RDS, Claudine Douville returns for the play-by-play with Jean Gounelle providing colour, along with Patrick Leduc (analyst) and Michel Y. Lacroix (host). Games on TSN will be called by Luke Wileman along with former Canadian international Jason deVos as analyst.
