MLS, TSN and RDS Announce 2014 Regular Season National Broadcast Schedule for Canada

NEW YORK (February 10, 2014) - As the official national broadcasters of Major League Soccer (MLS) in Canada, TSN's 90-game national broadcast package for 2014 includes 65 games featuring at least one MLS Canadian team. RDS kicks off their third year with a package that includes 30 games, all featuring the Montreal Impact, Toronto FC or Vancouver Whitecaps FC.

TSN and RDS platforms will have exclusive coverage of MLS Cup Playoff games, MLS Cup 2014, and the 2014 AT&T MLS All-Star Game on August 6 at JELD-WEN Field in Portland, Oregon.

All MLS games on TSN, TSN2, RDS and RDS2 can be seen live on TSN Mobile TV and Télé Mobile RDS.

As had been previously announced, TSN's first match of the season will be March 8 in Vancouver when Whitecaps FC host New York Red Bulls. RDS will begin its regular season broadcasts on March 22 in Montreal, when the Impact host Seattle Sounders FC. RDS2's first match will be March 15 when Toronto visits Seattle. TSN will broadcast Toronto FC's home opener against D.C. United on March 22.

MLS on TSN and RDS schedules feature four all-Canadian matches, including June 25's Montreal at Vancouver, Vancouver at Toronto on July 16, Toronto FC traveling to Stade Saputo to face Montreal Impact on August 3, and Montreal returning the visit on October 18 at Toronto.
