
Monarchs Sign Jordan Imoo to SPC

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations, Rich Seeley, announced today the team has signed Jonah Imoo to a Standard Player Contract, and have released Alex Vazzano from his contract.
Imoo, 22, opened the 2016-17 season in Monarchs training camp before being recalled by the Ontario Reign (AHL). With Ontario, Imoo appeared in two games and posted a 0-0-1-0 record, a 3.32 GAA and a 0.872 save percentage.
The 6-foot, 172-pound native of Surrey, British Columbia is the son of Dusty Imoo, the Goaltender Coach for the Ontario Reign.
Vazzano was signed to an SPC by the Monarchs on Nov. 18 after serving as an emergency backup.
Imoo and the Monarchs are back on the ice Wednesday, Nov. 23 (7 p.m.) when they host the Florida Everblades for the first time in franchise history.
