MN Wilderness Rides Kaskisuo to Victory

The MN Wilderness Wilderness relied on the sparkling performance of Kasimir Kaskisuo in net to grab a 2-1 win against the Aberdeen Wings.

MN Wilderness was sparked by Jakob Romo, who registered one goal. Romo scored 40 seconds into the third period to make the score 2-1 MN Wilderness.

The Wilderness put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Aberdeen to score on any of its four power plays. The 37 shots that MN Wilderness put on net surpassed the Wilderness' average of 30.9 shots per game this season.

John May also scored for MN Wilderness. Other players who recorded assists for MN Wilderness were Dominik Tiffels, who had one.

The Wings were led by Austin Swingle, who scored the team's only goal. Swingle scored 2:37 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Aberdeen.

Kaskisuo recorded 26 saves for MN Wilderness. The Wilderness incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with four minors. Aberdeen's Chad Catt stopped 35 shots out of the 37 that he faced. The Wings incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
