Today, the Niagara IceDogs were back on the road, facing off against the Mississauga Steelheads.
Mississauga dominated the first period, scoring 3 goals.
After 20 minutes, the score was 3-0 Steelheads.
The Steelheads came out hot early in the second, managing 3 more goals within 2 minutes. Niagara's Aidan Castle was able to get the Dogs on the board during the power play. However, Mississauga continued to control the game, getting another goal with less than 11 seconds to go in the period.
After 40 minutes, the score was 7-1.
The third period saw another 2 goals from the Steelheads.
Ultimately, Mississauga took the win 9-1.
